Does the model #1374 in this link to Omcan seem identical to yours from Northern Tool ?

Does your Notrhern Tool model have a thumb screw to hold the crank handle on ? If so does it hold it securely ?

There these that a local food equipment supplier has sent me. Looks to me like it's just like the Nothern Tool one .The 15 pound one is $520.00 Canadian ,Yikes !
