Other knife sharpeners I can destroy a knife in very short time lol. I even use mine to sharpen the blade on my old Hobart meat cutter (1612). I could never get the sha...

I have only done it a few times using the UMAi Dry bags. To me it is a waist of money drying out a good piece of meat that you have to trim away all the hard cover so I have stopped doing aged beef.

That looks just like the 15 lb stuffer from Northern Tool and at $239 US that's a really good price here in the US. If my calculations are correct that's $308 in CA dollars. Now I don't know if that good or bad, high or low for you all in Canada I will add, that I will help any member here obtain a...

If you pick up one of the stainless ones like the ones mentioned watch out for sharp edges on the frame. I have become very cautious where I grab it.

Nice looking kielbasa Don! Love that colour! But I think way too little garlic, and 3tsp of marjoram in a 20lb batch will go completely unnoticed! Standard recipe from Mr. Walleye that has been used for well over 10 years now that I know of and hundreds of people like it. Not sure why you would say...

From any of the searches I have done on the subject it would seem it is a very popular dish in most European countries. Seems it would be a favorite for Germans at New Years also.
Thinking that your mom did most of the cooking it probably came from her side of the families recipe box

Here is the recipe: Ingredients: (Based on a 20 lb batch.) 10 lbs of ground Pork ...

So when is to long just to long and you have to throw them out? I have some Bactoferm F-RM-52 thats been around for a fair bit. Its been in t...
