Paprikash chicken, and Chiken paprikash.

I have lots of experience with hungarian peppers. I was born there, lived there for 27 years.
The peppers are not the same, the 2 most famous are szegedi, and kalocsai.

Yes sir Jarhead !

If it doesn't say hungarian, than my guess is, that it isn't. I think for now you have to use whatever you have.

You can order it from here, for next time.....http://www.penzeys.com/cgi-bin/penzeys/ ... prika.html

It's also my wife and me at our house. When we get hungry for "good-sausage", I mess up my small grinder only, and that's anytime.....I mix it, yes the hungarian one, for the taste/spiciness of the moment, and make big hamburger size patties, and bake them in the oven. They are o.k. warm too, but co...

Yes sir. Excellent article. 5 star !!!!!! Things sure changed, a lot. Life is a continuous change. My parents told me, once they had a 400 kg. pig, mangalica (=mangalitsa, the lard pig). http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mangalitsa.... Pork shoulder butt, or Boston butt I guess is a dialect. But it isn't...

I had some aluminum rods, I made my own pucks.
If you get a piece of pipe, about the same diameter as the bisquettes, cut them to length, they work just fine. They don't have to be solid.

I got very surprised......it's polished very nice on the outside, but maaaaaaaaan, on inside, it's well, made in China..........
