Of course you can always go with something like this that does 35lbs. at a time. If you pick up one of the stainless ones like the ones mentioned watch out for sharp edges on the frame. I have become very cautious where I grab it.

Like I said to each his own.
It has served me well and many others and since I was not trying to produce anything european other than follow the recipe provided from Mr.Walleye it works for me.

Nice looking kielbasa Don! Love that colour! But I think way too little garlic, and 3tsp of marjoram in a 20lb batch will go completely unnoticed! Standard recipe from Mr. Walleye that has been used for well over 10 years now that I know of and hundreds of people like it. Not sure why you would say...

From any of the searches I have done on the subject it would seem it is a very popular dish in most European countries. Seems it would be a favorite for Germans at New Years also.

If you are running Google Chrome just google photobucket hot link fix. Its a add on so you can see the pictures again. I'm sure most every other browser has something similar.

Just cleaned this one up tonight. Two years hanging I thought it was time :mrgreen: Going to be hitting the Hobart tomorrow for some thin slices.
