I toss steaks or chicken into a baking dish, add marinade, slide the whole thing into a FoodSaver vacuum bag. Excellent results, no tumbling.

My understand is that tumbling definitely has its place for processing meats but marinating is not one of them. It is amazing someone "home brews" their own maple syrup. Way cool!!!

I read some time ago the quality stuff is a 200:1 boil down -- 200 gals of sap boiled down to 1 gal of maple syrup.

Yes. The definition of "organic" includes not GMO or not fed GMO. That's part of what organic chicken, beef, and pork is all about.
