Here is some news from our colleagues from the Polish language branch of Wedliny Domowe.

Maxell informs us that a series of professionally recorded videos relating to meat processing technology is nearing completion. The subjects covered are cutting and processing of pork and beef, curing, sausages, solid cut meats, offal/organ meat products, etc. The videos feature Dziadek and Bagno, who are the primary instructors at the School of Domestic Meat Processing.

The videos are of course in Polish, but if there is adequate interest expressed by members of the English language branch of WD, they are willing to make these videos accessible to us either by inserting sub-titles or dubbing in an English language dialogue. The videos will be in video on demand format (VOD), and playable on all devices that have internet access.

Sounds awesome.
Here's one vote for English sub-titles or dubbing in an English language dialogue.

Making that knowledge available in English would be wonderful. As you may remember, we tried to organize a two-day get-together, a year or so back, to get those guys to the USA to present their material, but language difficulties got in the way. This would overcome the problem, plus it would make the material available more widely than in one place. Wow! ...professionally recorded, too.

...so I vote YES !!!! Please do this.

Looks like we have cosiderable interest in the videos. I'm quite certain that we will all learn something from them. Maxell checks our site everyday, so those of you who have not as yet raised your hand in support, I encourage you to do so.

Thanks
