And best wishes to you Maxell,
You know, when I get on the computer and talk to all you fine folks in many different countries, I feel that there are NO borders between us. We are just all good friends supporting each other with the common love and appreciation for our common interest. It is amazing how we are able to help each other make better products. There are no jealousies, no intimidation. Just a great brotherhood 'round the world. It doesn't matter if we are beginners or professionals. We seem to share information and experiences with a common interest in helping our neighbors - without envy or mistrust. Heck, I think sausagemakers are the greatest people on earth! And I wish you all... in ANY country... with NO borders....
A very prosperous, healthy, and happy new year!
Your friend,
Chuckwagon

Sausage Makin' Music

Is there any particular music, artist or song that you listen to while stuffin' your links? I've been thinking that I need to bolster my collection of polka and was thinking that the Polkaholics might fit the bill perfectly!

I think that is is essential that you match your music the the region of origin for the sausage you are making. A polka would be completely wrong for making andouille. Mariachi music would not be right for kielbasa. If you are making haggis you need a piper.

I agree match the music with the Sausage you are making and if all else fails some good old rock and roll works as a good sub.

Burton Cummings, the boy from Winnipeg!!! Between him and Gordon Lightfoot, it is hard to decide. Love the old Guess Who music when Randy Bachman was still part of the band. I really don't mind Bachman either, as he was probably overfed with sausage when he was a kid. Then I get to listen to my two dogs howl, like they miss their "pouches" and expect the contents back.
