Holiday dinner last night
Each year about this time Nancy and I invite a few friends over for a fancy dinner.
We had an Appetizer:
Hot smoked Polish sausage, http://www.wedlinydomowe.com/sausage-re ... hot-smoked ,on Jarlsburg cheese with cured olives and heated until the cheese melted.
Nancy set a fine table:
I had prepared Roulades, Fresh pork butt sliced about a half inch thin and wrapped around some Cardamon flavored Russian sausage: http://www.wedlinydomowe.com/sausage-re ... hot-smoked
This I roasted at 350°F to an internal temp of 170°
While this rested I made gravy with the dripping and steamed asparagas.
I had cooked rice and Nancy had made a Waldorf salad.
I sliced the meat and dinner was served:
