VERY nice Nick. I got my eye on those ribs! You've got a nice lookin' smoker too. Plenty of "bark" on that brisket son!
What kind of sauce do you put on that meat down in Texas? I barbecue all winter long in the snow and turn baby-back ribs into ham with nitrite before smokin' em with hickory. When they're ready, we glaze 'em with a little Rocky Mountain Red and then fight over them! One of these days, I'm going to get our Polish friends over here for a country style barbecue!
You've got some great lookin' photos there Nick, but I still like the one of your helper the best. Has he got all the secrets down pat?
Best wishes, Chuckwagon

If it looks like a duck, walks like a duck, and quacks like a duck, it probably needs more time on the grill!
