First I would like to thank the person who posted pictures of their aspic eggs that I sorta copied I cant find that post or would say who it was.
Heres my entry for an Iron chef contest on another forum
BBQ'D Beef Skirt and Portabella Aspic
The required ingrediants
Lets start with making some cornmeal Crackers
Then on to the Skirt steak and Portabellas drizzled with Annies Garlic
A quick use of the dremel made a easy job of opening the egg shells, emptied eggs and sterilized. Now let dice and slice and fill them eggs up.
Don't forget the beef broth on the Primo Grill
Add a little gelatin to the Beef broth and fill up the eggs.
Heres the Crackers and Brie cheese
I present to you, BBQ'D Beef Skirt and Portabella Aspic

Hey everyone... Let's all vote for Aaron's (Keymaster) recipe in the BBQ Cookoff at this link: http://addictedtobbq.proboards.com/inde ... read=10718
He did a beautiful job. My vote puts him ONE ahead of his nearest competition... making Keymaster the leader ... SO FAR. He needs YOUR vote. Let's support our fellow member by clicking on the site and voting for his beautiful presentation.
Oh yes, and Aaron... you asked about the person who posted the original recipe... it was by my secret love... Malgos (Margaret), a moderator on the Polish speaking division of Wedliny Domowe. She's also registered on this site (English speaking). She is a beautiful woman with a wonderful spirit about her and a friend to all. Her post is here: http://wedlinydomowe.pl/en/viewtopic.ph ... ight=#9862

If it looks like a duck, walks like a duck, and quacks like a duck, it probably needs more time on the grill!
Thanks a lot Chuckwagon and Thanks so Much Malgos for the great Idea!! If anyone is inclined to vist the Addicted to BBQ forum I would only ask that you vote for the entry you think you like the best. A lot of these friends spent a lot of time and money to place a entry on the forum. Atleast visit the forum and check out the other entrys, some are really good!!
