Weight Loss Spreadsheet

Post by tazplas » Fri Feb 01, 2013 13:44

Hi People

I know lots of people here do Air Dried stuff so i have created a real basic spreadsheet that will help you keep records of what you are doing and what you have done. I haven't found any other spreadsheets so here it is.

https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc ... sp=sharing

I think the link works.

Moderators, if this needs to go somewhere else, please move accordingly.

Cheers

Steve, the last time I tried sharing a spreadsheet, we wound up with:
---Whoever wanted it PMed or Emailed me, and
---I emailed directly to them.
There is evidently no way to post a spreadsheet or any other attachment in our beloved forum. Have a look at the member list, where you can get PM and (hopefully) email links.

From a liability standpoint, this may be good rather than bad. This gives you a small amount of control over who gets (and potentially misuses) the spreadsheet.

You can post a link to a spreadsheet template.

tazplas,
Your spreadsheet is set at "view only", so it's not editable by others.
Godspeed!

Have changed the spread sheet so that you can edit.

https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc ... sp=sharing

The intent was to make available a spreadsheet that others could use if they wanted to.
You would ideally go to File and download as the spreadsheet and the then save as on your PC. It's up to you at the end of the day to use it how you wish.

If anyone wants me to email it to them, then send me a PM and we'll go from there.

Cheers
