Its amazing what shipping costs when you cross the borders. I ship a fair amount to the UK and the cost is horrendous. Whatever happened to free trade?

Well cure #1 contains 6.25% of sodium nitrite and 92.75% of salt.
And the product you have contains 6.4%nitrite 92.5% salt.
I cant see any harm at all in substituting it for cure #1

udaman, I use the very exact blend but from Stuffers. And as Bob recommends, I use it like Cure #1.
