You would be constantly refilling the small chamber and be able to load only a short length of casing on the tip of the jerky gun. I bought one years ago with the intention of using up left over meat in the stuffer. I did it once and gave up on the idea. Now I just make a couple of patties and have a kielbasa burger for lunch.
