Drat! That photo didn't come through either. Anybody else having a hard time seeing it?
If it looks like a duck, walks like a duck, and quacks like a duck, it probably needs more time on the grill!

Thanks Dave, You are a gentleman!
Say, that ol' gurkanyeniceri looks like he's made a sausage before!
Nice lookin' stuff Gurkan. Care to share the recipe for Turkish Sucuk? Maybe you'd better tell us how to pronounce it first.
Looks delicious.
Best Wishes,
Chuckwagon

Thanks Dave, I was adding the pictures blindly from work as we don't have access to social sharing websites. I thought it would work!
Yep, I will put the recipe to "recipe of the month contest"

I have been having a great time going through the forum and can not wait to do my first curing. In the mean time I have put together a temporary smoke house to see if I will want to make it permanent. i like to hunt a little but do not get to do much.

Dick, it looks like you share my passion for ducks. Is that a dbl.bbl.12 gauge you're holding? What number shot do you use? Nice to see you Dick. There are lots of smart sausage makers here that will certainly help you get going with your new hobby.
Best Wishes,
Chuckwagon

Good catch on the double barrel shotgun. The gun is a Western Long Range SXS 12 ga. and the birds are snipe. I use #9 shot for snipe.

Hey DLFL,
Do you folks in Florida get a crack at pheasants too?

Buddy brace yourself, you know CW`s going to have a field day with this. He will probably want to schmooze Nancy with a picture of his mustache and tin star
Welcome to the photo club.
