In a pinch, you could use pellets. Wet them and they will fall apart then dry them.

I cold smoke in a larger cabinet. I built a venturi type smoke generator and was disappoint with it. Bought one of those A_MAZ_N pellet smokers and have been pleased with my cheese or everything else I cold smpke.

I bought A-MAZE-N-PELLET-SMOKER a few month ago. Defiantly A+ I buy pellets locally for $10.00 for a 20lb bag. Aaron My RH went so high, mold all dripped off. That's why I applied it again latter.
If your RH is stable yes I would spray it.
