Sounds and looks Good Dick!! I found a fermented pickle recipe in a book we aquired from the wifes mom from 1955. the recipe tells how to ferment and add different things after fermenting. Awhile back someone from Europe on another forum posted a picture of a wooden slicer that I Liked so I copied it and made it out of food safe plastic.
