Very nice...you may want to surf some of the Alaska blogs on smoking Salmon, very similar...those fillets look amazing ! also, hat's off for takin' the kids out !! :grin:

Very happy with the outocme !! off the grill was close to my experiane from the time i spent in Germany...recommend this for anybody looking to recreate Rindswurst....the curry sauce was a definate bonus...

So yesterday i made smoked venison sausage with Jalapeno, hi-temp chedder and hi-temp pepper jack. made 50 lbs for my son to take to deer camp this year.
