I used rule # 2 this weekend ,I put the whole grinder head in the freezer before grinding up 10#'s of pork loin for hot Italian bulk sausage. (pork loin on sale for 1.49!). I learn more great info from you folks everytime I visit this site. Thanks for sharing !

We did the cog railroad up Pikes Peak a few years ago - need to have faith in those cogs going up that slope :!:[/quote]


Pikes peak max grade is 25%,which is our average grade and we have a max of 37%.This means approximately one foot of elevation for every 3 feet forward.
