When you are forced to become a salesman to justify your sausage making you need to remember that presentation counts for a whole lot. Here are some small links with cheese and Greek cured olives and saltines heating in a toaster oven until the sausage was done.

Those are saltine crackers. Usually I make the biscuits or thinly sliced bread that I toast. I still haven't mastered a good cracker.

And yes, presentation counts a whole lot with every food.
