Hello everyone,
I am wanting some advice on how often should I clean my smoker? It can hold about 100#'s so it is fairly large. It is an old upright freezer. Any suggestions on cleaning products, would also be appreciated.
Thanks

When I clean smoke stain from fireplace bricks I use "Top Job " brand cleaner but I suppose "Simple Green" would be a better choice for a food handling appliance it is approved for use in food processing facilities.

Hey Loco! Did you know that the word "gringo" comes from a shortening of the title of a popular song during the Mexican War? Yup, "Green Grow the Lilacs."
If it looks like a duck, walks like a duck, and quacks like a duck, it probably needs more time on the grill!
