I had to go to the dentist today.(don't ask). On the way home I stopped at Safeway to fill a prescription. In the meat case was two packs of fresh butts for .69 per pound. I bought all five packages.

Great price , Ross. Lucky you; except for the dentist part! That's a lot of bacon and hams, or will you do something else with some of it?

Some will get cut for roasts and some for chops, probably grind some for sausage. I have a friend who is getting started and he has asked to buy one package.

I bet the dentist went up, too. (I just went, and the price of gold spiked.)

Ducks have teeth?
If it looks like a duck, walks like a duck, and quacks like a duck, it probably needs more time on the grill!
