Thank you Red, I am celebrating it in a cold Chicago, but at least my wife is here with me. This morning I had my first taste of Andouille at a local establishment, and I must say, the stuff described on the forum sounds much nicer!
Looking forward to many more birthdays on the forum.

And happy birthday Big Guy and Resistbody too, which I missed. Have been AWOL for a while. We are building a house extension to house all my new equipment and hobbies, and a couple of big sheds for the next few hobbies down the track.
It's nice to see the regular contributors online; you feel like you know them personally.
