I think you misunderstood the post. I'm not saying the wine fridge could be used for a curing chamber, I was just giving an example of the look and feel and price point of a theoretic home curing chamber if someone wanted to start producing them.
Not using a wine fridge. It would be a product specifically made for curing/drying meats.
Would be easy to make a standard product using STC-1000 and WH8040 controllers, a humidifier, an intake/exhaust fan, and A/C unit. The question is would there be enough of a demand that it made financial sense to start the company. Basically what would be the ROI on the investment and could one grow the business into something financially worthwhile.
