Homemade Sausage Making

Would it be useful to have a section in the forum for other recipes, eg garnishes, salads, desserts etc, which may not be country specific ? We eat with sausage all sorts of accompaniments, some of which might be worth sharing ?

I often post something that falls into the sausage isn't the only food catagory. So not just making sausage but how we use sausage and what we eat with it would be good.
