The last product in my "world of bacon" project.

So I decided to do the bacons of the world. I made Canadian bacon American bacon (that's what I called the regular slab of bacon), German Bacon, Speck, and now just finished Italian Bacon, Pancetta!

Looks good Don! But don't stop now! You've barely scratched the surface. Just about every country where pork is eaten has a different way of preparing bacon. You have about 200 to go. :lol:

Drool.... that looks delectable. There are 200 different types of bacon??? :shock: :neutral: :smile: :mrgreen: I need to get out more. Or build a bigger curing chamber...
