No I bought it off a fellow who makes them. His name is Kirby. He has many videos on youtube and vimeo on how to use it. He also makes a nice meat mixer.

Here is his bucket mixer.

Lem's 15lb looks to me like it's built rather well but way over priced.
For me personally I will always say that the 15lb stuffer from Northern Tool is one of the best built and the price is below all others.
A real workhorse with "CONS" to speak of.

LOL yup it sure is. When he first made them he made the cutting blades out of stainless steel but his wife freaked out saying if some kid accidently turned on the drill some bad things could happen real fast so he now makes them out of plastic which works just as good. :)

Another little interesting fact about Kirby some might not know LOL is how he got his handle he uses on many forums. ( Pikeman_95) He skin dives for Pike and uses a spear gun to catch them. He is a very interesting man LOL

There these that a local food equipment supplier has sent me. Looks to me like it's just like the Nothern Tool one .The 15 pound one is $520.00 Canadian ,Yikes ! Have to do the math on the Northern Tool one as its USA funds and then there's shipping etc.

That looks just like the 15 lb stuffer from Northern Tool and at $239 US that's a really good price here in the US.
If my calculations are correct that's $308 in CA dollars.
Now I don't know if that good or bad, high or low for you all in Canada

I will add, that I will help any member here obtain any product from the US within reason, and ship it to you to help you save money, if it does.

The only think we need to consider is shipping, right?

A lot of times we lose on shipping cost to Canada and also the border Gestapo Duty freaks. Free trade bullshit.

I understand, I never ship to Canada so I don't know any of this. But the offer still stands just in case you find a deal.

Does the model #1374 in this link to Omcan seem identical to yours from Northern Tool ?

Does your Notrhern Tool model have a thumb screw to hold the crank handle on ? If so does it hold it securely ?

Thanks Knifeman
