Great to hear that you are still entertaining yourself with sausages. Make sure you file reports on those brawn/headcheese goodies. And I think that many of us here are not familiar with that Double M machine. Can you post some pics?

Anyway...even if I am still having bother with images.......For those in Australia ....google double m meat grinder and go to their official website and you will find all the specs on it.
I haven't used mine yet as I've only just pulled it out the box but will give feedback when I do
