Pizza dough is just bread dough that is rolled out while it is still very cold. Make the bread dough and let it rise overnight in the fridge then roll it out like pie crust, fold it into quarters and put it on the pan. Image Some people make a project out of everything.

My point being that if you can roll bread dough this thin by keeping it cold you may use it for pizza crust or anything else that pleases your fancy.
