Thanks everyone for the kind words. It was my first time using the recipe and I'm definitely happy with the results. I made 10 lbs of it....and now it's in the freezer. I may end up sharing more than I eat myself :mrgreen:

That looks good. I remember all the kielbasa I ate from Hillshire farm. Btw, did you smoke your kielbasa?
