Of course you can always go with something like this that does 35lbs. at a time. I'm sure Kirby is still making them. https://i.imgur.com/YjneyXr.jpg https://i.imgur.com/KEjscVi.jpg When my son was 5 years old, he is now 14 and he could make snack sticks better than most LOL https://i.imgur.com/EaGC...

If you pick up one of the stainless ones like the ones mentioned watch out for sharp edges on the frame. I have become very cautious where I grab it.

Nice looking kielbasa Don! Love that colour! But I think way too little garlic, and 3tsp of marjoram in a 20lb batch will go completely unnoticed! Standard recipe from Mr. Walleye that has been used for well over 10 years now that I know of and hundreds of people like it. Not sure why you would say...

From any of the searches I have done on the subject it would seem it is a very popular dish in most European countries. Seems it would be a favorite for Germans at New Years also.
Thinking that your mom did most of the cooking it probably came from her side of the families recipe box

Just cleaned this one up tonight. Two years hanging I thought it was time  Going to be hitting the Hobart tomorrow for some thin slices. Has a really nice nutty smell to it, best I can explain anyways. The white fat is soft & creamy. https://i.imgur.com/EOKvJT3.jpg https://i.imgur.com/U5gc2...
