Do many of you speak Polish? If so, I'm envious of you and wonder how hard is it to learn? Reason I say this is I found a vein of wonderful information on YouTube last night and spent a few hours watching these videos. (type in Krakowska) Most, if not all were in Polish and I couldn't understand a word they said but that didn't hinder me and I still watched the clips picking up some really ingenious ideas on different processes and techniques. I just wish I knew what they were saying and wonder why in the world I ever learned French rather than Polish because I really prefer Polish sausages over those highly perfumed French ones. Such is life. But for those who do speak Polish YouTube has a wealth of information and some fine looking sausages.

Re: Learning to speak Polish
I a few of them look familiar. I know I watched the one with the guy with the white cap and then Film VII which had a sausage that was in the shape of a ball about the size of a baseball. Don't know what that one is but it looked pretty interesting. It was hard watching them because I couldn't understand a word they said so I just zoned out on the words and watched their techniques and their procedures and picked up some pretty good ideas. I just wish I could understand what they were saying.
